*When supplying email campaigns please conform to Email Transmit's Creative Guidelines. Obtain the latest version by contacting your account representative or download from within the support section.
** Debugging and QA includes HTML syntax validation, correction or removal of problematic HTML tags or links, and testing in the most current email clients including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express, Microsoft Entourage, Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, AOL 6.0- 9.0, Lotus Notes, Apple Mail, Eudora, and Netscape Mail.
If the Debugging & QA package is not purchased, Email Transmit will not be held responsible for any errors in a client programmed message.

Import Services Performed
- Cleansing - syntax check on the data
- Correction - correction on email addresses where possible (i.e.- jdoe@aol corrected to jdoe@aol.com)
- Duplication Removal
- Permanent Unsubscribe Removal - removing the addresses that have permanently unsubscribed to previous communications
